We are now looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team

About you:

The successful candidate will be able to display a

  • High level interpersonal and communication skills – written, verbal and visual.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team, follow instructions and deliver outcomes as expected and sometimes under deadlines.
  • Knowledge and experience with social media platforms, analytics, and reporting on campaign outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of audio equipment and recording technology (via experience or education)

About the role:

  • Assist in the implementation of the social media strategy (and under the guidance from team leaders) for the company across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo, email, web and more.
  • Creating and leveraging engaging content for our social properties.
  • Building and engaging online communities, creating conversation with our customers. 
  • Providing first level of customer support, directing enquiries to the relevant team members.
  • Reporting on key social metrics.
  • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs.
  • Regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring into the Marketing and Editorial teams, to help evolve their strategies in a timely fashion.
  • Monitoring trends in social media tools and applications
