We are looking for a good all-rounder who has a good understanding of mixed signal electronics design, board layout and hardware bring up. As these are all one-off projects experience with Arduino boards and shields is a plus.

You will be challenged to rise above the ordinary

The Special Projects Electronic Design Engineer will be responsible for the design – both schematics and board layout – and the hardware bring up of all the electronics for our internal special projects. This includes our in-house designed Automated Test Equipment for PCB assemblies and control of a wide range of test equipment involving sensing, motor control, etc.

The tools you bring will be enhanced by our Technology

  • University degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience as electronics design engineer in mixed signal circuit design, from schematic capture through to board layout and board bring up.
  • Experience with mixed signal circuits a must
  • Experience of design for audio or telecoms products a big plus
  • Passion for audio a big plus
  • Experience with Arduino boards and shields (or similar) a plus
  • Experience using Altium a plus but not essential
