RØDECaster Pro Accessory Pack

We offered an accessory pack with every qualifying purchase of a RØDECaster Pro between 1st November 2019 and 29th February 2020. Note this promotion has now finished; we will continue to accept valid claims until the 31st March.

The pack contains:

  1. A RØDE DC-USB1 USB to DC power cable, allowing you to power your RØDECaster Pro from any compatible USB port
  2. A RØDE SC9 TRRS cable for easy and reliable connection of your smartphone.
  3. A set of high-quality ¼” to 3.5mm headphone adapters, for flexibility in using any type of headphone.
  4. A high-quality power bank which, coupled with the power cable, allows you to use your RØDECaster Pro anywhere without having to worry about finding a power source.
  5. A set of RØDE XLR-CR colour-coordinated ring tags for your microphones, so you can easily keep track of your microphone channels.

Terms and Conditions


  1. The RØDECaster Pro Accessory Pack Offer (the “Offer”) is valid only for purchases of the RØDECaster Pro (the “Product”) between 1st November 2019 to 29th February 2020 from a participating RØDE dealer.
  2. This Offer is only open to persons above the age of eighteen years who are resident in one of the following countries: USA, Canada, Australia, China, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Korea, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK. The provided shipping address for the free accessory pack must also be in one of the above countries. It is subject to a maximum of one (1) claim per person.
  3. The Offer is conditional upon retaining your purchase receipt as proof of purchase of the Product or Products, and the date indicated on your receipt will be the date of purchase for the purposes of the Offer.
  4. To make a claim under this Offer, you must access the webpage at rode.com/accessoryoffer and enter the details requested, include a valid name, address, email address, serial number of the product and an upload of an image of the purchase receipt. Upon validation of your details, you must pay the required Postage and Packing Charges to complete your claim.
  5. The last day of making a claim under this Offer is 31st March 2020.
  6. Any claim pursuant to this Offer must be made by the actual purchaser of the Product.
  7. Any claim made by a reseller, third party agency or any other person who is not the actual purchaser and intended user of the Product will not be accepted.
  8. Failure to provide an upload of a genuine Purchase Receipt and the Serial Number of the Product will result in the claim for the accessory pack to be rejected.
  9. Any fraudulent or incorrect claims will be rejected.
  10. RØDE shall review and approve your claim within reasonable time, and shall forward to you an email stating either the approval or rejection of your claim. If your claim is approved, RØDE shall aim to despatch your accessory pack within sixty (60) days of the email approving your claim.
  11. In the event that the cost of shipping the accessory pack to your address is greater than the Postage and Packing Charges paid during the claim process, RØDE shall be responsible for paying the additional cost of postage and delivery of the accessory pack to your address.
  12. RØDE does not accept responsibility for any import, customs or excess freight charges that may apply to the delivery of the accessory pack to your address or location, or for any packages lost in transit.
  1. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. RØDE does not accept responsibility for claims not processed or declined claims due to incomplete, indecipherable, illegible or incorrect information.
  2. If you return the Product or Products to a RØDE dealer from which the Product was purchased for any reason, you will not be entitled to make a claim under this Offer or to keep your free accessory pack.
  3. In the event of difficulties outside of RØDE’s control resulting in supply shortages of the accessory pack offered pursuant to this Offer, RØDE reserves the right to substitute the accessory pack for a gift of similar value.
  4. The free accessory pack is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  5. Any employees of RØDE who have purchased the Product at a promotional discount will not be eligible to make a claim under this Offer.
  6. RØDE’s decision is final on all matters regarding this Offer and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Personal data received from you during the course of this Offer will be processed in accordance with applicable local Data Protection Laws and RØDE’s privacy policy. You may request at any time for RØDE to modify, update, or remove personal data by writing to RØDE’s correspondence address. Your personal data may be used by RØDE to inform you about RØDE’s products, services, events or other information that might be of interest to you if you have given your prior consent for this use at the time of making a claim. Each time you receive any promotional electronic communication from RØDE, you will have the opportunity to opt-out by ticking the opt-out tick box.
  8. By making a claim pursuant to this Offer you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms & Conditions. RØDE reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice.
