We have a vacancy for an Administrator to join the Finance team assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable and order entry functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting and provide backup for the data entry of orders from our customers into the ERP
  • Assisting the finance team to keep soft copy scanning of invoice documents up to date
  • Assisting the finance team with Customer Orders, AR and AP data entry functions
  • Complying with all obligations under Work Health and Safety Legislation

To be successful you will possess

  • Demonstrated experience in Data Entry
  • Demonstrate experience using ERP
  • Experience in AR/AP will be highly regarded
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
